Your registration includes:
- Full access to Plenary Sessions
- Attendance at the Welcome Reception on July 14th, 2025 (including drink ticket and refreshments)
- Free Intertidal Excursion on July 14th
- Attendance at the Poster Session on July 17th, 2025 (including drink ticket and refreshments)
- Attendance at the Conference Banquet on July 18, 2025 (including drink ticket)
- Refreshment Breaks and Lunches on July 15th, 17th, and 18th
- For an Additional Fee: Optional Excursion on July 16th including whale-watching, Cannery tour, lunch and morning refreshments (can be purchased as a separate ticket).
If anyone is interested in traveling to the conference via train, we have funding available to support that travel. Please reach out to the organizers by email for more information.

Cancellation Policy: Registration cancellations or revisions must be submitted in writing by email to registration@housing.ubc.ca. Cancellations received on or before May 14, 2025 receive a full refund minus a $35 administration fee. Cancellations received between May 15 and June 14, 2025 will be refunded at 50% minus a $35 administrative fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after June 14, 2025.
